During the month of September I set myself a goal to watch one movie a day which I successfully completed! I don’t rewatch movies often but this month I ended up doing eight re-watches. I was finally getting around to watching The Death Cure which meant giving the first two Maze Runners a re-watch, and I also gave The Parent Trap, The Great Gatsby and Jersey Boys a re-watch as I knew I would be discussing these during the month!

I also watched eight new 2022 releases, my favourites out of these being Not Okay and Don’t Worry Darling. I had the misfortune of actually giving Blonde a watch which is three hours I’ll never get back. A film I really loved that I wasn’t expecting to was While You Were Sleeping – I didn’t realise it was a Christmas film, but it was a really fun enjoyable watch! I also re-watched Chicken Little which was so nostalgic and I loved it a lot, a solid 10/10.

Finally for TV shows, I loved the second season of Only Murders in the Building – the way it mixes comedy and mystery is just brilliant! I also completed the third season of The Royals which was somewhat fitting for this month… I’ll probably give The Crown a watch before the end of the year.
