Jersey Boys: “The Four Seasons Story on Stage!” – Journal with Yas #18

Back to the theatre journal and finally journaling my absolute favourite show; Jersey Boys!! ❤️💙 I love this musical a lot and have seen it three times now. It’s one that I hold very close and always have the best time whenever I see it. I adore all of the songs and makes me smile seeing them performed live – even the last time I saw it the older couple next to me were singing along the whole time which was very wholesome.

Jersey Boys is such an incredible show telling the story of The Four Seasons from how they formed as a band, the troubles they faced during life on the road and finally how it all came to an end. As much as this show is a lot of fun, it’s also quite emotional – I always tear up at the happy moments as well as the sad!

The lighting in this show is done so well, especially during Dawn when the lights are so blazingly bright. The costumes are beautiful to! And of course the musical performances are top notch – it’s so hard to pick my favourite song!! There’s also a lot of funny moments throughout the show, so this is one that I recommend to everyone! If you haven’t seen the movie either definitely give it a watch as it’s one of my favourites! ❤️💙🎤🎸🎹🎼🎶🎭🕺🏻
