Hocus Pocus: “Witching Season is Back!” – Journal with Yas #14

Hocus Pocus is an ultimate Halloween classic! This is a collab with the lovely @journalbymoo so make sure to check out her wonderful Hocus Pocus spread and our journal videos over on TikTok! This is one of my favourite spooky movies to watch during the Halloween season and is very nostalgic as so many of us grew up watching it.

I love the chemistry between the three Sanderson sisters and how they go about trying to adapt to a modern world. They have so many good one liners which never fail to make me laugh! I also really like Max and Dani’s sibling bond during this film, how they go from bickering and arguing to then coming together to fight the witches. It’s also funny watching this now I’m older as Billy Butcherson used to really scare me as a kid but now I love him.
