Top 5 Avengers: Endgame Theories and Predictions

After the shocking and devastating experience of Infinity War, people are waiting for the biggest climax to unfold, The Endgame. Several theories, references, and ideas have surfaced during the last few months, and here, we present a few predictable ones for you.

1. Death of Thanos

It’s no surprise that The Avengers are coming after the Mad Titan and it is obvious that Thanos will be defeated and killed in The Endgame. His death will probably be in the hands of Thor or Captain Marvel, but with Tony’s new suit and the other epic transformations, any one of them could be powerful enough to kill him.

2. Time and Dimension Travel

There are thousands of theories on this one, including The Avengers going into the Quantum Realm where there are tiny hints of a hidden civilization to help them or they could go on collecting the stones from alternate galaxies which are inside the realm with time and space being irrelevant. Their suits match the Quantum Realm-Ant Man suit and hence this theory is plausible. Tony could even assist in creating the tech to travel inside the Quantum Realm. There are clues for time travel too, with Black Widow’s hair transformation and some behind-the-scenes of the Battle of New York. However, we know that the stones cannot be used if they are collected from alternate dimensions and therefore the Avengers may try and retrieve the stones by traveling through time. Glad to have Captain Marvel to help with that.

3. The Decimated Will Return

This is another obvious outcome of The Endgame that all the characters who have turned to dust will return. A few hints are in Spider-Man: Far From Home teaser clips which show Peter and Nick Fury meeting and it’s clear that this timeline is post Endgame. Other clues like the Wanda-Vision spin-off and the rumored sequel to Doctor Strange are enough to assure their return, and people seem to have it figured out already. Unless of course, Marvel decides to surprise us, then, we are doomed.

4. The Decimated Aren’t Dead

There are numerous theories that suggest that the people who turned to dust after the snap aren’t read but instead trapped in the soul realm. It’s completely possible because we remember Thanos talking to young Gamora in the soul realm after the snap so the MCU might have some surprises in there too. If they are trapped in the soul stone, then the rest of the Avengers who are alive might have to sacrifice something to get them back, similar to when Thanos had to give up Gamora in order to earn the stone… But, let’s not assume the worst just yet.

5. The General Threads

There are some things we can certainly expect from the movie like Tony and Nebula bonding and coming to Earth, the transformation of Ronin, the proper explanation to Loki’s death and other disappearances, the return of the Guardians, the Avengers having a visually spectacular fight with The Mad Titan, justice and answers to all our burning questions, deaths and retirements of one or more of the beloved Avengers, every character’s further ties to the franchise, the ending note for the future of MCU, the final signature cameo of the star of the show which is bound leave us in tears and hopefully a brilliant post-credits scene.

No matter what happens, Endgame will be the biggest blockbuster of the year and will leave you spellbound, making the epic conclusion a very memorable Marvel movie for decades to come. Until then we wait and hope because it’s not just a movie.

It’s The Endgame. Whatever it takes!
